​The project sought to maintain an open square that would be used for various cultural events, while thickening and strengthening the surrounding space. The dimensions of the open square were reduced in order to give it proportions and a demarcation suitable for the desired activities, and around it were added buildings that create the alleys between them, demarcate the square and organize the space while defining a hierarchy of spaces and places that was on a pleasant human scale containing diverse seating. In fact, the space of the square was built from the multitude of passages around it and through it.
Among the new spaces created by the project is the small commercial square that abuts Jaffa Street and continues the sequence of commercial facades; A wide green axis connecting the new Bezalel campus complex and other centers through the square and Daniel Garden to the light rail station;
Between the square and the green axis, a unique focal point has been added, and it is the building of the Model House.
