A&O Apt | Tel-Aviv

Collaboration with Arch.Yael Lakstien-Margalit & Arch. Guy Margalit

A typical two-room Tel Aviv apartment from the 1950s, 65 sqm and up to 12 sqm balcony.

The customers wanted to create another room for work / bedroom. The renovation included demolishing all the interior walls of the apartment and redistributing in a way that produces two bedrooms and an open space that contains the kitchen, dining area and living room. The design included all the carpentry items in the apartment. The separation between the "public" open space and the private rooms is made by a wall of exposed silicate block
